Position Overview:

 

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Project Management to lead our project management consulting team at Lex Project Management Consulting Group. The ideal candidate will possess a strong leadership presence, exceptional organizational skills, and a strategic mindset. This role demands a dynamic individual who can drive projects to successful completion while ensuring client satisfaction.
 

Duties:
 

  • Lead and oversee multiple project management teams, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Develop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and tools to ensure project success.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored project management solutions.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.

  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for project management staff.

  • Monitor project performance and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and delivery of project outcomes.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

  • Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Other tasks as necessary, including strategic planning and resource allocation.
     

Requirements:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus. A degree or certification in a law-related field is also plus.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of managing complex projects in a consulting environment.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Proficient in project management software and tools.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with legal industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

  • Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in graphic design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics) is a plus.

  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
